Our staff at NewSound is dedicated to providing top quality patient care with a true one-on-one experience for each patient. We proudly offer a wide variety of services, including a hearing test, an ear canal exam, cerumen management (wax removal), verification testing and a comprehensive hearing evaluation. We also work with current aid wearers to provide standard maintenance for their hearing aids, such as cleanings, custom fittings, programming and performance verification as well as selling aid batteries. Our business hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We accept most insurance plans; to better serve you, please bring your insurance information to your appointment in order for us to verify your benefits. In addition, we accept numerous forms of payment, including check, cash, major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard) and financing options are available.
