Jessica Estrada is a Patient Care Coordinator with a strong foundation in office management. She is an accomplished administrative assistant bringing over ten years of experience to the table.


Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, she thrives in dynamic environments, and is always happy to help others.


She enjoys spending her free time traveling with her three daughters, being involved with her church, and relaxing with her two dogs Phineas and Twix.

Ali Shafer

Patient Care Coordinator

Ali Shafer is a Patient Care Coordinator. Ali is originally from College Station, TX and moved to Conroe Tx in 2024. Ali started working at New Sound Hearing in 2024. Ali began working in the hearing industry in 2024 and was drawn to the profession because she wants to make people’s lives better.

What Ali loves most about saving hearing lives is being able to make a true difference in the lives of her patients. Ali strives to make sure every patient leaves happier than they were when they came to their appointment. Outside of saving hearing lives, Ali loves playing with her dogs & singing.

The ladies at the store are amazing. This morning my right hearing aid was not working so I stopped by. The doctor cleaned them and removed the was build up and it worked again. Free of charge!! They really take care of you!
