My name is Aquilla, I am a Patient Care Coordinator here at Underwood Hearing, where we make hearing better. I am dedicated to my work and helping patients. I am from Houston, TX and I reside in Pearland, TX. I have been in the hearing industry since 2019 and come from a background specializing in hearing conservation. I am very excited to be in the role of an Patient Care Coordinator to expand my abilities, help others and also do something I enjoy doing.
I am a loving daughter, sister, godmother and aunt. I am big on family and that is what drives me to be great in everything I do. Together we are better.

Ali Shafer is a Patient Care Coordinator. Ali is originally from College Station, TX and moved to Conroe Tx in 2024. Ali started working at New Sound Hearing in 2024. Ali began working in the hearing industry in 2024 and was drawn to the profession because she wants to make people’s lives better.
What Ali loves most about saving hearing lives is being able to make a true difference in the lives of her patients. Ali strives to make sure every patient leaves happier than they were when they came to their appointment. Outside of saving hearing lives, Ali loves playing with her dogs & singing.
